  • We are authorised by Baxi / Potterton to carry out warranty repairs to installed appliances, on behalf of heateam (the service division of Baxi Potterton).

  • We are a registered Company with Constructionline which is the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Constructionline pre-qualify suppliers to government standards, and maintain relationships with a range of over 8,000 buyers.

  • We are members of Carmarthenshire Construction Training Association Ltd (CCTAL) which is a partnership of diverse contractors, located within the Carmarthenshire region who are committed to embracing sustainability and overall business improvement, by means of active networking. The association provides direction and also promotes construction training in Carmarthenshire area.

  • We have over 35 highly trained engineers who are all Gas Safe Registered, with many years experience installing and maintaining a wide range of heating equipment and systems.

  • Provides robust evidence to influence national/EU standards for appliances, fuels and installation. Listing appliances and fuels that meet the standards

  • We were awarded ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognised quality management standard accreditation.

  • We were awarded ISO 14001:2015, an internationally recognised environment management standard accreditation.

  • OFTEC is the Oil Firing Technical Association. OFTEC represent the oil heating and cooking industry in the UK to ensure quality standards and efficiency within the industry. OFTEC establishes the standards for competence within the domestic oil heating and cooking industry.

  • We have been awarded accreditation from Safecontractor for our commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety. Safecontractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.

  • We are Worcester Accredited Installers (WAIs) and accredited to install Worcester boilers to the highest standard.

  • Westward are members of FairTrades. Fairtrades fight against the trend for poor service and the erosion of consumer confidence in some areas of the home improvement sector. Registered FairTrades Members are required to respect and uphold the Fairtrades Association’s core values as stipulated in Fairtrades Members Charter and to maintain the high standards that the public and the building trade have come to expect.

  • Westward are accredited with TrustMark. TrustMark is a not for profit, social enterprise that focuses on raising standards for the trades covered and offers greater consumer protection when employing tradesmen to carry our work in and around the home. TrustMark is licenced to run the scheme by the Government’s Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, which permits the use of the strapline, ‘Government Endorsed Standards’. All TrustMark Registered Firms are vetted, monitored by Scheme Operators and audited by independent, qualified inspectors.

  • Westward has ‘Buy with Confidence’ accreditation from Neath Port Talbot Council Trading Standards. This is a recognition of the high quality services Westward provides.
