Annual Service Visit

We will inspect, service, and adjust your heating system to ensure everything is working safely and efficiently.

Safety Checks

• Preventative maintenance - Check for current and future problems with the appliance/system
• Visual inspection of the installed system, including:

-  General condition

-  Gas safety

-  Flame picture

-  Flue size/route, termination and signs of spillage

-  Adequate ventilation fitted

Servicing

• Check condition and operation of all controls/components
• Test for gas leaks on the appliance
• Check the electrical safety of the appliance
• Test operation of flue (removing of gas fire as appropriate)
• Strip and clean out the appliance as required
• Ensure that the appliance is not spilling fumes into the room
• Test that the appliance is operating safely and efficiently
• Check to ensure that the appliance and all associated controls are operating satisfactory
• Reset all controls to customer requirements
• Appliance and surrounding area left clean and tidy
• Ensure customer is familiar with the use and operation of all controls
